To register for federal individual assistance (Butler County residents)

Mobile disaster recovery centers (DRC), have been located in Parkersburg and New Hartford. These DRC's have phone banks available that residents may use to register for federal individual assistance.
Parkersburg DRC--near American Legion Hall, corner of Colfax and Miners Streets
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., seven days a week
New Hartford DRC--318 Packwaukee Street (at fire station)
