HSEMD Training
Registration for all training courses is now being taken online using the Events Management System.
This site will take your online registration to any of the courses offered. It will also track your courses as you complete them and maintain your transcripts.
You are required to create a user account with specific information for ease of tracking. Once that account has been established, you will use that user ID and password to register for all future courses. If, by chance, you forget your user ID or password, call Beth Gathercole at 515-725-3204, and she will promptly assist you.
All classes are free of charge
All registrations are due two weeks before the course takes place.
The Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management Division will cover lodging at $50.00 plus tax if you work/reside 50 miles or more from the training site whichever is closest. Breakfast will be reimbursed at $5.00 if you leave home before 7:00 a.m. and dinner will be reimbursed at $15.00 if you arrive home after 6:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided on the premises.
