Social Media Roles in Foreign Animal Disease Disasters
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified service providers who can work with the Multi-State Partnership for Security in Agriculture (Partnership) to develop and execute social media workshops and exercises designed to inform, test and challenge the capabilities of states to work collaboratively in a multi-jurisdictional Joint Information System structure. Deliverables will be provided to the Iowa Homeland Security Emergency Management Division of the Iowa Department of Public Defense (HSEMD). The closing date for receipt of bid proposals/amendments is April 5, 2013.
